***IMPORTANT NOTICE***

To improve our service, we've changed the processor who oversees our VISA debit card transactions. Your debit card will now be on "real time" which means transactions will be recorded to your VISA debit card immediately. Although this transition should be flawless, you may experience a few glitches along the way. Here's why: in order for our new processor's fraud detection program to work, your transactions will be studied for several months. This will establish a history of your spending pattern.

Any activity that appears to be suspicious may be declined and you will be notified by phone with a recorded message from the Sweet Home FCU's Fraud Detection Center. The recording will give you the last 4 digits of your VISA debit card number and ask you to verify your zip code. YOU WILL NEVER BE ASKED FOR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION OR PIN NUMBERS. If you are unable to answer the phone, it will leave a number to call back with a reference number. The only thing you are verifying is whether the transaction in question is one you initiated.
